Challenge 3: Build Your Own Insect

What makes a bug an insect?

Challenge your child to build their own insect. Let them get creative as long as it has the necessary insect body parts.

An insect has specific body parts that make it an insect.

  • 6 legs
  • 2 antennas
  • 3 body parts (head, thorax, abdomen)

Don’t forget to give your insect a name!
