Easter Egg Decorating: Non Dye Alternative for Older Kids

Materials:  Plastic Egg and Permanent Marker (we used Sharpie brand)

I encourage you to have your artist sketch some different designs prior to drawing on the egg. This gives your artist time to plan and practice. Once they have their idea let them draw on the egg. Drawing on a round shape is more difficult. Not every line will turn out perfect which sometimes can be hard for kids. Encourage your artist by drawing along with them or talk about different ways to dress up a mess up!
